Delivery & Shipping

Orders will be processed and packaged within 3 business days of receipt.

Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-10 business days (or before, depending on your shipping method).

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, www.jiggyyoon.bigcartel.com and Na Eun "Jiggy" Yoon cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control - such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

For international orders, please note that your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. You are responsible for these charges. Please also note that International First-Class Mail may take much longer for you to receive your package, and it is not an insured shipping method. Lost or Stolen

Na Eun "Jiggy" Yoon is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address or for refunding nor replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Na Eun "Jiggy" Yoon is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping company.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
